About Mono
"Mono" is a 2D action game set in a monochrome world. Play as a protagonist who has arrived to resolve a crisis in this black-and-white realm. Journey across the world with your AI companion and challenge the bosses waiting in each region. By defeating bosses and acquiring new abilities, your range of exploration will continue to expand. ◆ Timing-Based Hit-and-Run Boss Battles To defeat the formidable foes standing in your adventure's path, it is crucial to read enemy movements and seamlessly switch between the protagonist's "Melee Attacks" and your AI partner's "Ranged Attacks." Landing an attack while a boss is performing a specific action will trigger a "Critical Hit," dealing massive damage. Furthermore, you can use your partner's ranged attacks to put enemies into a "Break State," increasing the damage they take and allowing you to create your own openings! ◆ Exploration and Upgrades Enemies will become increasingly tough as you progress into new areas. Gather materials by defeating foes and finding hidden items scattered across the map to enhance your abilities. Upgrades do more than just boost your HP and Attack power—they also unlock brand-new actions.
