About Rei and the Floating City

Rei is on a journey to become a fully-fledged mage when her airship meets a terrible fate. She and her family crash land in Jupeterno and are nursed back to health by some locals... Except apparently once someone arrives in Jupeterno, they're never allowed to leave.
