WARSHIFT 2 is a unique mix of the Action, Strategy and Role-playing gameplay elements that forms an innovative game genre. You can build base, manage troops, and then come down to keep your enemy at gunpoint in the dynamic battle and customize your main characters. This unusual gameplay requires a complete change of your play style. Frontier planets turn into battlegrounds where war cyborgs, heavy machinery, and bio-engineered beasts clash for every meter of territory. Players take the role of commanders who can both lead armies from above and personally enter the fight by controlling hero-units in real time. Your mission is to hold the invasion, build your defenses, and turn the tide of the conflict across large-scale ground and space operations. Worlds fall. Armies evolve. ABOUT WARSHIFT 2 is a sequel to the original WARSHIFT game, that is developed just by one person - Cyril Megem, who is both game designer, artist and programmer in this project. He worked hard for many years to implement a lot of his and the game community's ideas.
